In the early hours of November 25, the Uncrewed Systems Forces carried out a coordinated strike on key military-industrial facilities inside Russia. The drones targeted sites in Taganrog and Novorossiysk.

Units of the 1st Separate Center of the Uncrewed Systems Forces, working closely with Special Operations Forces operators and other elements of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, carried out a strike on the G. M. Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific-Technical Complex. This facility plays a significant role in supporting Russian aviation, including the development and production of seaplanes and amphibious aircraft. It manufactures the Be-200 and Be-12 models and conducts modernization and testing of strategically important airborne early warning and control aircraft such as the A-50 and A-100, as well as upgraded variants of the Tu-95MSM.
According to the Uncrewed Systems Forces, which reported the incident on their official Facebook page, the strike caused a large fire at the complex, accompanied by a series of explosions. Preliminary information indicates that the experimental A-60 aircraft may have been hit. Russia had been developing this aircraft as part of programs aimed at creating airborne laser systems. The platform is based on the Il-76, extensively modified to serve as a carrier for an aviation version of a megawatt-class laser. Only two experimental systems of this type were ever built.

In addition, another significant facility in Taganrog was struck – the “Atlant Aero” enterprise. Units of the 414th Separate Brigade “Madyar’s Birds” targeted the company’s production infrastructure, which manufactures components for unmanned aerial systems and control units. This facility actively supports the supply of Russian drones used on the front line, so its disruption has a direct impact on the enemy’s operational capabilities.

Operators of the 1st Separate Center of the Uncrewed Systems Forces, working together with Special Operations Forces units and other components of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, carried out strikes on several military and logistical facilities within the Port of Novorossiysk. Preliminary information indicates hits on oil loading stands used for transferring crude oil to and from tankers, a launcher belonging to the Russian S-400 air defense system, and the “Sheskharis” oil terminal in Novorossiysk.
According to some reports, a Russian large landing ship may also have been damaged in the attack. In addition, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, acting in close coordination, struck the Tuapse oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar region. The consequences of these operations are still being assessed.
