In a heavily damaged building in the occupied city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region, soldiers of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR) discovered the headquarters of Russian troops belonging to the so-called “Rubikon” center.

This unit is considered one of the most trained and combat-capable within the Russian army, specializing in the use of unmanned systems, including combat drones. “Rubikon” has been actively involved in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, receiving substantial funding and technical support from the occupying state.

After receiving precise coordinates of the enemy’s location, Ukrainian intelligence operatives conducted a high-precision operation in a densely built-up urban area. An FP-2 unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with a warhead weighing over 105 kilograms was directed toward the enemy headquarters. Fire Point introduced this drone – structurally similar to the long-range FP-1 – earlier this autumn. At the time, the developers noted that the UAV was already being successfully deployed on the front line.

As a result of the targeted strike, officers and drone operators of the Russian “Rubikon” unit who were present at the site were eliminated.

Recently, specialists from the Active Operations Department of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence Directorate (HUR) reported another successful mission – this time targeting the occupiers’ high-value air defence systems in temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result of a strike on the command post of an S-400 Triumf surface-to-air missile division on active combat duty, a Russian 92N6E multifunctional radar station was destroyed, along with the autonomous power supply equipment of the S-400 control center.

Additionally, Ukrainian intelligence successfully struck the AORL-1AS airfield surveillance radar and the P-18 “Terek” radar station, both used by the Russian occupying forces. These operations further demonstrate the intelligence services’ capability to detect, plan and eliminate key enemy targets, including those located deep in the adversary’s rear.
